I hope you are all having a wonderful holiday weekend with friends and family. I enjoyed myself today playing in my booth at DuPre's Antique Market. Here's a bit of what's in the shoppe.
I still will always love shabby chic.
But, I'm in my chinoserie phase now, too.
I love how old books and organic materials add warmth and character.
Another obsession ~ oil paintings. The beautiful young lady portrait has a wonderful new home in a B&B in the suite used as the bride's dressing room for wedding functions. Perfect.
Odds and ends are irresistible on my shopping sprees for the shoppe.
Swedish gray furniture and botanicals are still favorites.
This Swedish gray desk is a wonderful piece. There is a large farmhouse table and gorgeous secretary that match.
My first love ~ French antiques ~ will always make my heart skip a beat. I love, love, love this antique French mirror.
And these antique French prints, ooo la la!!
Cute linen painter's boxes . . .
Unique things . . .
And reproductions are fun finds that round-out the shoppe.
And, as always, there's lots and lots of silver.
Isn't this the cutest little dog? He and his buddy mysteriously walked away from the store. To the person who has them, I wish painful toe nail fungus a more honest and generous heart and a change in ways.
Happy weekend, everyone!
